Objective

The objective of this workshop is to explore the integration of advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and the Internet of Things in modern governance systems. It aims to create a platform for participants and researchers to discuss how these technologies can enhance transparency, efficiency, and citizen engagement in public administration. The workshop will discuss real-world applications, implementation challenges, and future possibilities in the digital governance landscape. By uniting technological innovation with administrative processes, the workshop seeks to promote the development of intelligent and responsive governance systems. The Participants of the workshop will gain an understanding of policy frameworks and digital infrastructure essential for successful adoption.

Submission

The workshop is open for the submission of full length original and unpublished research papers based on theoretical or experimental contributions that represents scientific results, methodical aspects, concepts, and approaches.

  • We welcome the following types of contributions:
  • Full research papers (10-15 pages): Finished or consolidated R&D works, to be included in the Workshop.
  • Short papers (5-9 pages): Ongoing works with relevant preliminary results, opened to discussion.

All submissions must be in PDF format well documented in English language and formatted according to CEUR-WS CEURART style. Templates are available for LaTeX and DOCX/ODT, for single column layout.

Important Points

  1. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the workshop to present the paper. The workshop will be in hybrid mode and with no publication cost; only the workshop registration cost to attend or present the paper, if accepted will be taken.

  2. One of the authors must have a DBLP profile of more than 5.

  3. High-quality papers recommended by the review committee of CEUR (Center for European Union Research) will be submitted for possible inclusion in CEUR Workshop Proceedings (SCOPUS Indexed, No APC).
